Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. However, if you have a genuine issue — contact us within 30 days and we'll review it personally.
Digital Products: All Madevia products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital goods can be used immediately, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense.
Exceptions We Honor: We will issue a refund or exchange if (1) you received a corrupted or incorrect file, (2) the product did not match its description in a meaningful way, or (3) you experienced a technical issue preventing access that we were unable to resolve.
How to Request: Email us at hello@madevia.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
What We Don't Cover: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, not reading the product description before purchasing, or if the product has already been downloaded and used.
